Straight answers about what this guide is, what a QC photo proves, how the links work, and what we chose not to state.
Is this Superbuy's official QC support?
No. This is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Superbuy, it does not use Superbuy's branding to imply a relationship, and it cannot see, open or handle your order. For official support, use the Superbuy Help Center.
Do forwarding and shopping-agent orders have identical checks?
No. They are different services with different scope, and Superbuy keeps them in separate Help Center sections under separate agreements — we confirmed that structure on 2026-09-18. A shopping-agent order is one the agent placed for you; a forwarding parcel is one you bought and sent in yourself, so what a check can attest to differs. See shopping agent vs forwarding.
Can a photo establish that an item is authentic or that it works?
No. A photo records appearance at one moment. It cannot establish authenticity, material composition, durability, electrical or mechanical function, safety, or how an item will fit. For electronics in particular, treat every image as appearance-only. See what inspection covers.
Where do I check current fees, storage and additional-service terms?
On Superbuy's own Help Center. We deliberately do not print fee amounts, free-photo counts, storage periods or timelines on this site: those change, and we did not machine-verify a current figure this run. A number you can confirm today is worth more than one we remembered.
Are the “View on Superbuy” links checked and live?
Each link was read directly from the source listing's own page, so its origin is genuine. Superbuy blocks automated checking tools, so for most items we could not have a machine follow the link and confirm where it resolves. We do not claim the links were tested, verified or found live — and equally we do not claim they are broken. Always confirm the exact item on Superbuy before paying.
Do these links earn the site money?
Yes, potentially. Links to Superbuy carry a partner/referral code, so if you order after following one, the operator may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra and does not change your price. A partner link is not a recommendation — see the disclosure.
Do you sell these items or handle orders?
No. This site sells nothing and cannot process, track or refund an order. It is a reading guide. Any purchase happens entirely on the platform you choose, under that platform's terms.
Why do some listings have no photos at all?
Because their source pages did not publish any quality-check photos. Rather than fill the gap with a stand-in image or a made-up count, we show an honest empty state and suggest asking your agent for photos before shipping.
Is the US$ price what I will pay?
No. It is an indicative conversion of the seller's CNY listing price at the European Central Bank reference rate of 17 September 2026. It excludes the agent service fee, shipping and any duties or taxes. The final amount and currency are set at checkout.
Is Superbuy currently operating normally?
We did not verify the current status of Superbuy's purchasing services this run, so we make no claim either way. A homepage that loads does not prove every service works, and a blocked automated check does not prove anything is closed. Confirm anything time-sensitive on the official site.
