Why this is required
Under Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC (the e-Commerce Directive; EUR-Lex CELEX 32000L0031), an information-society service provider must render the following information easily, directly and permanently accessible to recipients of the service and to the authorities. The exact national implementation depends on the operator's country of establishment — which is itself unknown until the operator is identified — so only the Directive's own requirements are listed here. We verified that the Directive text was reachable on EUR-Lex on 2026-09-18.

Article 5(2) additionally requires that, where prices are referred to, they are indicated clearly and unambiguously and state whether tax and delivery costs are included. Prices on this site are labelled as CNY listing prices with indicative US$ conversions, and are explicitly stated to exclude agent fees, shipping and taxes; see the disclosure.
What the operator must supply
To lift this blocker, the operator must provide a verifiable legal name; a real geographic address of establishment; a working contact email allowing direct communication; any trade/company register and registration number that applies; a VAT identification number if the activity is VAT-taxable; and, if the operator is established in a specific country, confirmation of that country so the correct national provider-identification law (which may add requirements beyond the Directive) can be applied. None of this may be fabricated; each item above stays marked outstanding until a real value is supplied.
